Tegan's Story...
Hello everyone, I’m Tegan, a tiny (6 pound) 1 year old Poodle girl. My foster mom says I’m as sweet as they come. My story starts out sad as I was a stray and got hit by a car. All About Paws took me in and did the needed medical work which included removing my back leg, but believe me, that doesn’t stop me at all, I can run and play like a real champ. Sitting in your lap and sleeping in the big bed are on my list of favorite things to do. I also love car rides and I would love to be you side kick for whatever you want to do. I’m a very smart girl and doing great with my house manners, I like to walk on a leash so a fenced yard is not required. I am very laid back and would be fine as an only dog (LOVE attention), or another small laid back dog is OK. Due to my small size I need to go to a home with no small children. Tegan is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchiped, de-wormed, and spayed. Tegan’s adoption fee is $350.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. For events calendar and adoption application please go to our website at aaprescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tegan, a Bridgeton Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Bridgeton, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Bridgeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bridgeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bridgeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bridgeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
