Hi there! My name is Rosebud. I'm around 1 year old and I weigh around 40 lbs (very thin).
I was found as a stray in the East Liverpool area and I was brought in to the pound.
I wasn't in the greatest shape when I was found, but it is obvious that I hadn't been on the streets for long. I was likely just not being care for in my previous home and somehow ended up being thrown out on the streets.
I am a very sweet little girl. Sometimes I can be shy at first with new people, but I usually open right up.
I get along great with other animals.
The lady who found me has cats and I even did great with them.
The only bad thing she could say about me is that I didn't want to share my food with the other animals, an hey, being as skinny as I was... who could blame me?
Anyhow, I am a pretty good girl inside. I try hard to keep my kennel clean and I am good when I am in the offices.

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER JUNE 13, 2016.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $120 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY SPAY SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING, MICROCHIP AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
