Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Say hello to Harper! He's a super Shepherd mix that's around 3 years old. The following is Harper's story written by the rescue and foster family that has been taking care of him. This sweet fellow is now at Friendship waiting for his forever home.
"We received a call from the pound that this dog had been shot in the right shoulder on Nov 12, 2015. We picked him up and took him to the vet. The vet amputated his front right leg due to nerve damage. He has been with us ever since. Harper is neutered, UTD on shots and gets along fine with other dogs and children. He is also house trained and has manners in the home. Harper is a very happy contented boy." Harper deserves a loving home ASAP, he's been through enough. Stop by Friendship to see if you're the one to give it to him.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
