Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Millie turned 7 months old on the 20th and is ready for find a forever home! This beauty is full grown at 14 inches and weighs 25 pounds. She lost her first home because her owners just didn’t have the time it takes to care for an active pup.
For a young lady, Millie has good house manners. She learned the dog door within minutes and was housebroken within a few days. She has a collection of ragged toys that she loves to play with, so has shown no interest in chewing on anything that does not belong to the pack! She does enjoy decorating the back yard with her treasures, so plan on doing a round up of toys before mowing the lawn!
Millie was a little shy at first when she found herself in the middle of a large pack of beagles, but quickly adjusted and now enjoys all beagle games. She is content to entertain herself when no one else is interested in patrolling the yard. Millie has the heart of a hunter and can spend hours sniffing around the yard. Millie has a load bay but is generally a quiet girl unless someone comes close to her fence!
Millie has not been well socialized and it takes a few minutes for her to accept new people, but then she will turn into a wiggle worm! Millie loves to cuddle and can give the sweetest kisses around, but only when she has finally decided that it is time for a break. Millie will do best in an active home that has kids or other dogs around to play with.
