Bounty's Story...
Bounty She is not just a pretty face, she has so much love and cuteness to offer that will make you smile all day long! Meet Bounty, about 2 years old, Australia Shepherd / Border Collie /mix, spayed female dog looking for a loving home. She is shy at first, especially towards men, but warms up after some time and after she gets comfortable she will show you just how playful she really is. Currently she is in a foster home with 2 other resident dogs in Emeryville, CA. Bounty walks nicely on leash and enjoys her walks. Plays fetch when she feels like it, and loves to just hang out with her people. She will do best in a home with an active lifestyle that will continue to train Bounty using positive reinforcement methods so that she will continue to put her intelligence to work and shine as a loving family dog. Preferably no cats. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bounty, a North Vancouver Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie for sale in North Vancouver, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog from a breeder in North Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
