My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Charlie Chaplin! My foster meowmy named me that because my dark nose makes me look like I have a Charlie Chaplin mustache. Born about September 2015, I am a young, sweet, loving gray-tabby-with-white DSH boy who is a lap kitty extraordinaire despite my hardscrabble beginnings.
I started showing up as a stray in a nice lady's yard, but she has 3 dogs that wanted to eat me! Luckily she was nice enough to get me to Buster's Friends, and they took me into their program and gave me a nice soft bed as well as food to eat everyday! Ah! To live indoors and not have to live paw-to-mouth any more!
I had not been neutered previously, and unfortunately I came up positive for FIV. However that isn't as big of a deal as people used to think it was. I can still live a long and happy life, and I can even live with other kitties as long as we don't bite each other because that's how it's spread.
