My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Camero (aka Cam) was originally a stray, unclaimed at Animal Control. He was rescued by AOS and adopted out. He was recently returned by family members because his elderly owner was not able to properly care for him. He was living in an unclean environment and had a bad skin infection. Camero spent a month at the vet in isolation to treat his skin condition. He has fully recovered His hair has almost grown back on his head. He is super sweet and loves to give hugs and gentle kisses. He likes to sleep by you and purr and knead . Camero seems afraid of other cats. He hisses and runs and hides. He did not really react to the dog . The best home for him would be where he is an only cat. A laid back dog who will not chase him would be fine. He is good with kids 7 and older. He is a people cat. He will follow you around and meow. He loves being pet and brushed. He does need to loose a few pounds. Camero loves toys and playing . Won't you consider giving him a place to call home forever?
