Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chata is pretty much a perfect dog. She happily greets her people when they come home with her cute boxer wiggle. She has been living with three cats and a dog for the past few months. She is curious about the cats, but does not go after them. She is mellow and friendly and enjoys laying around the house or outside in the yard. She is practicing walking on a leash and loves car rides. She is well behaved when getting a bath, nails trimmed and teeth brushed; they say she is welcomed back anytime! She gives a warning bark if someone walks past the house, but is not a big barker. She is good with kids and has been with kids ages 6-15. She is housebroken. She stays in a crate at night. Although she needs some help getting into the crate, she sleeps through the night. She enjoys seeing the other dog in the house, but, unfortunately the other dog does not like her. When the other dog has gone after hear, Chata does not retaliate. She had scars that were void of fur around her neck from being chained up when coming to the rescue. Her fur has now grown back and she looks so healthy! The vet gave her a positive health check and said she is about 3-4 years old and weighs about 40 pounds.
Give this resilient, sweet dog a furever home. She will pay you back with her gratitude!
