Meet this charming fella named Sunny! (This handsome fella is at the cat condos at Petsmart in Morehead City. Stop by for a visit today. He is sharing a cat condo with another cat and is doing just great.) His markings are unique and adorable! Sunny came into the shelter on June 10, 2016 when his owners could no longer keep him. They said he likes to be outside and would escape from inside to get out. Would probably love a home that he could be an inside outside kitty. Or have a screened in porch for him to lounge in the sun. He has a lot of personality and seems like a pretty sweet boy. Stop by for a visit with Sunny today and give him the most awesome life he deserves.
We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that it is hard to keep Adopt a Pet as up-to-date as we would like. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to 1 or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys, litter, or food (especially kitten food) would be good too. Maybe you will have some time for snuggle and love on us while you're here. It makes the cats time here more enjoyable to get love & attention. We need volunteers & foster homes! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered you will receive a voucher to cover the cost of the surgery...such a great deal while saving a life!! All of the cats are tested for FIV as well as Lukemia before being adopted out as well. The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4.
