My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Angel was abandoned when her owners moved in spring of 2016. She was pregnant at the time and gave birth to a litter in a neighbor’s yard. Mom and kittens were brought into a Dusty Paws foster home in April when the kittens were about a month old. The kittens were quickly spoken for and went to new homes when they were old enough. Angel was probably less than a year old when she became a momcat - it’s her turn now to find a loving home. Her foster parents believe she will do best in a household where her human companion(s) will be a constant in her life. (No more of this being abandoned!)

Angel is a super friendly, sweet-tempered, talkative cat who loves to have company and basks in attention and affection. If you are looking for a delightful bedtime or nap time companion, Angel's foster mom will tell you that Angel is the cat for you. Without being "in your face," she will cuddle up next to you, purring the whole time.

Angel is spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. Although she is apparently very healthy, she did test positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus). FIV positive cats can live long lives. If they are gentle and noncombative like Angel, they can live amicably even with cats who don't have the virus.
