This adorable boy is cuter in person. I mean wayyyyy cuter!! He is just one big cuddle muffin of hair and kisses!!
He and his sister were found as strays and we could never locate owners or breeders and frankly don't want to at this point because of the condition that they were found in. We do not know their previous story. Only the one we will make for them for their future and that future is going to be so bright.
His sister has already been spoken for, by the people fostering her. Now we have Sebastian looking for his forever home. Could that be with you??
He is about 10 weeks old. Long coat. Sweet as the day is long. Loves to cuddle. Loves other dogs, cats, kids, and well just about anything you put in front of him. His current foster has been working with him on potty and crate training and he is doing very well. He will ace those in no time! We always suggest crate training a puppy so that he is comforted in it in his adult life. It becomes his safe place. That is always a good thing.
Sebastian will be getting his last set of puppy boosters and rabies along with his alter, microchip and last dewormer on July 11th. At that point, he can go into his new forever home.
Our rescue has a strict adoption policy: Application before meet and greet, meet and greet, home inspection, vet and personal references along with landlord verification and pet deposit details, home trial (no less than 1 week, no more than 4 weeks) and then contract and adoption fee. Adoption fee for Sebastian is $275.00.
He is a long haired Dachshund Yorkie mix which makes him a Dorkie :)
At this time, he is about 7 pounds. The vet thinks he could weigh between 8-13 pounds at full growth.
Adoption fee covers: 3 rounds of booster shots, Rabies for one year, heart worm prevention now and until he is adopted, flea prevention. alter, dewormer and microchip.
Sebastian is being fostered in Dallas, Tx.
