Trixie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Trixie's Story...

This is Trixie. My father-in-law passed away leaving her in need of a new home. We love her, but can't keep her. She loves attention & is still playful, eventhough she is over 11 years old.

She is sweet-natured, but will nip if you get in her face, so she would not do in a home with young children. She is a house dog, but loves to run; a fenced in yard would be ideal, but not manditory.

Adjectives that describe your pet:
playful, cute, snuggler, active, loving

Best Qualities
She's so adorable when she perks up her ears at you! She loves to go for walks, too!

Favorite Activities
Walking! No matter how many walks we take her on, she's always up for another!

Cute/funny quirks
She gets very excited when you come in from being gone, and will jump up & run in circles in a playful way to tell you she missed you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trixie, a Marietta Cairn Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
