My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Flynn
Breed: Golden mix
Age: Young Adult
Gender: Male

Flynn is a young adult male Golden Retriever mix, about 40 pounds, and one of the most patient, sweet, gentle dogs we have ever met. Great with kids, dogs and cats, he is a smart guy who hates being in trouble and works hard to avoid it, which made house training a breeze. He walks well on the leash, crates for the workday, and has a medium energy. Flynn is heartworm positive and being treated, so available to adopt early July.

This HHK9 canine has tested positive for a heartworm or tick borne disease and treatment will be done through our vet before an adoption is finalized, so that we can do our part to ensure a healthy happy dog joins your home. Heartworm treatment consists of a 2 day treatment at the vet followed by 4 weeks of restricted activity, and placement timing is on an individual case by case at the comfort level of the foster and adopter. Tick diseases are treated through oral antibiotics sent home with an adopter by the rescue.

Requirements: No special requirements

You can email kladams4545@gmail.com with questions and for a preadopt application. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated as age appropriate, tested for heartworm disease if age appropriate, and dewormed.
