Dexter's Story...
Meet Dexter a 7 week old Boxer puppy in search of a forever home. We know that momma was a boxer but we really do not know who dad was... These puppies love to play with their siblings and and other four legged friends in their foster home. Then at the end of the day (or play time) they love to snuggle with their foster family. These sweeties are hoping to find their forever home to continue their house training skills and start forever together with their forever family-maybe this is the year for them after all! They are up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations.

If you are interested in meeting and thinking about adoption, please visit our website, http//www.wagginghearts.org, and submit a completed adoption application. Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are only able to process fully completed applications. All applications are processed in the order that they are received. On our website you will also find our adoption process and fees. Since we are a foster based rescue we are unable to set up meet and greets until a completed application is on file and has been approved.

Wagging Hearts is a foster-based, non-profit rescue organization.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dexter, a Hainesville Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Hainesville, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Hainesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hainesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hainesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hainesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
