Important Note

Newton is best friends with Hubble. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Newton is a docile guy, very mild-mannered with a quiet disposition. He can be somewhat aloof, but once comfortable in a new home, he's destined to become a champion snuggler.

Newton is now perfectly content getting his solid two squares a day and plenty of human contact after spending the first 5 months of his life scrapping around a fast food dumpster. He'd do best as a paired adoption with his brother Hubble, pictured, or as a companion to a resident cat. He very much respects his elder feline companions.

Newton is neutered, vaccinated, tested for FIV/FeLV (neg/neg), and microchipped.

Note: The American Street Cat is a 100% all volunteer non-profit group. Each adoption sustains our efforts, and an adoption fee applies. This helps us save more kitties like this cutie.

About The American Street Cat, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

NOTE: If you have found or trapped cats, or need to relinquish your own, please contact stationary shelters in your area. We do not handle public intakes.

The American Street Cat, Inc's primary focus is on TNR (trap-neuter-return), but the kittens and friendlies found during the rescue effort cannot be ignored. They are brought indoors, well-cared for in a non-shelter environment, and promoted for adoption upon a clean bill of health.

We are a small, volunteer-based, non-profit organization, with no paid officers or staff. Any donations of time and/or money will be greatly appreciated.

We are committed to minimizing the pet overpopulation problem, thereby minimizing the homelessness of beautiful adoptables such as ours.
