Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Zero but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see I’m more than a whole lot of nothing! I’m a female, fawn-colored Chihuahua mix and I love people and other dogs. I’m what you might call an “undocumented” dog because I just showed up in the neighborhood, and some kind people took me in. Maybe that’s why they called me “Zero,” because I had zero belongings, zero family, and zero friends when they found me. I didn’t even have a driver’s license or my own library card! The nice people taking care of me think I’m about 2 years old; they want everyone to know how loving I am and what a good listener I am too! Now that I’m called Zero I’ve figured out how important being a “zero” really is because every smiley face starts as a 0 first! Now I understand that my special job is to make the world a happy place. Take me home and we can make smiley faces together for the rest of our lives; you’ll find out I’m not just a little bit of nothing; even though I’m a Zero, I’ll mean everything to you! ZERO IS NOT AT THE SHELTER; SHE IS IN FOSTER CARE. To make smiley faces with Zero, contact Tri-County Animal Rescue Center on Facebook, call 814-918-2032, or email: contactus@Tricounty-arc.org
