Wasabi's Story...
Hi! My name is Wasabi and I was rescued from Devore Shelter in San Bernadino! I didn't like it there very much! My brother and sister were also rescued as well! I'm a super cute, fun, purr-loving kitten! I love to be pet, snuggled, and I'm the most laid back of my litter. I will be your best friend who will snuggle on your lap all day!

I love to play with my toys, eat all of my favorite noms, and play with my sister! I'm the perfect kitten companion! I LOVE belly rubs, massages, and being held on my back. Chin scratches are also a big favorite! You can often find me hanging out on top of the big scratching post in my foster mama's home! I love both cats and dogs and would do well in just about any household type. I've been known to sneak in some doggy snuggles.

I am neutered, snap tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, and up to date on my vaccines (both FVRCP and Rabies)!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wasabi, a Los Angeles American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
