One of our terrific SNIPSA fosters was driving down the highway when she spotted a little black dog sitting right on the side of the road. Being the awesome animal rescuer that she is, she pulled over and walked up to him. Upon closer inspection, she noticed that the sweet boy wasn’t just SITTING on the side of the road, he was STUCK there. The little pup was glued to the street from stepping in tar! So his rescuer worked hard to get him released from the tar and brought him straight to SNIPSA to get himself cleaned up! Now this tiny terrier goes by the name Tarzan (pun intended) and after being taken care of by his rescuer, he is ready to find his furever home!

Tarzan is a happy little guy and loves to run around and play. He gets along great with other dogs and loves humans of all sizes! With his size, he would make the perfect apartment pup and he absolutely loves to snuggle up with you on the couch at the end of the day.
