Hi my name is Phil! I was abandoned by my owners when a kind samaritan found me on their porch with a note attached that my owners could no longer care for me.I'm hoping to have a second chance finding a new forever home! I love to play, and nap in a nice warm lap! I get along with both cats and dogs and love kids! You can visit me at the Westland Petco Adoption Center. where I'm currently up for adoption!
