Jake is a 5 year old Lab/Shepherd mix. He is a gentle giant! He loves to play fetch and go on walks with his family but he also enjoys snuggling on the couch if you can make room for him. He enjoys playing with other dogs and is very social. He never meets a stranger! He rides well in the car and enjoys letting his ears flap in the wind. He is completely housetrained. His current family allows him to stay out in the house while they are away as he is an older dog and no longer in the chewing puppy phase. However, he could be crated if needed. Jake currently lives in home with an 8 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl. He likes playing with them in the yard and letting them scratch his ears. A home with a fenced in yard would be preferable but not necessary if he got taken on plenty of walks. Jake is very happy in his foster home but is looking forward to finding his FORever family. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, HW negative, dewormed, and current on trifexis. He is located near Huntsville, AL, but he is available for adoption in your area!
