Hope's Story...
Beautiful Hope is 1 year old and is as sweet as can be. Some of her favorite activities include talking to our Shift Captains and burying herself in her blankets. She had a rough start when a wonderful lady found Hope and her sister as strays (in terrible condition). This lovely lady brought them both in, but Hopes sister didn't make it :( Hope was nourished back to health and then they found out she was pregnant!! Hope had her kittens and the family found them homes! Now we have stepped in to find this young, sweet, beautiful momma her forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hope, a Edwards AFB Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Edwards AFB, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Edwards AFB.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edwards AFB already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edwards AFB breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edwards AFB paves the way for another one to be saved.
