Bart's Story...
Hi there! Bart here - thanks for stopping by to check me out! I'm a pretty cool cat (no pun intended!), who is just looking for that perfect home to call my own, forever. I'm pretty low key & can be a bit shy at first, but once I feel comfortable, I'm all about the love! I will let you love on me for as long as you want, purring loudly the whole time.

Guess what?? The best part about me is that I get along with other cats & even dogs! Recently my foster mom took in kittens to foster & I even got along with them. (I mean, they were a bit annoying at times, but I put up with them.) I would be a great addition to any kind of family - with kids or without - just a long as I can call them my own. Please fill out an application to adopt me today - I'm waiting for you!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bart, a Bensalem Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bensalem, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bensalem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bensalem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bensalem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bensalem paves the way for another one to be saved.
