Diana's Story...
Introducing Diana and her sister Kate. These sweet girls found themselves at Memphis Animal Services and sadly, on the euthanasia list. Just a few days in a very high turnover, high-volume shelter spells disaster for hundreds of dogs a month in the city's pound. There was something truly captivating about these puppies, their sweet unassuming way and adorable faces grabbed our attention. We are so happy to have them in our rescue.

Kate and Diana are currently in a foster home together and live with other dogs (both big and little). They are kid-friendly, cat-friendly dogs looking for their happily ever. Diana's adoption fee is $500 and includes her spay surgery, microchip, all up to date vaccinations, deworming and heart worm preventative. It also includes her health certificate exam and transportation from her foster home in Memphis to your area, upon adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diana, a Brattleboro Boxer/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Boxer/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
