Lambo is a mellow and well behaved young pup. He is housetrained, dogs and people friendly, and very gentle with young children. Lambo was trained at the foster home and proved that he is a fast learner. The only issue is that he will not share his treats with other dogs. Meet Lambo!
Stopped by traffic light, the rescuer noticed a dog approaching every rider on the parked scooters, wagging his tail enthusiastically. Envisioned the danger of a dog on a busy cross streets like this, the rescuer pulled aside. Immediately the dog walked toward the rescuer with tail wagging and an anxious look in his big eyes.
This was how she met Lambo. Later in the vet’s office, Lambo received a thorough checkup. A couple months later when lambo’s skin infection completely treated, he was granted a clean bill of health.

Lambo is a healthy and playful young pup. He will make a great companion, with a family who would care and love him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lambo, a Castro Valley Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
