Willa is just the sweetest dog. She was in a bad situation, getting picked on by other dogs and now she needs a new permanent loving forever home. Willa was extremely shy but with lots of love and help from everyone here at the shelter, she does not respond and walks on a leash. Willa needs a very patient home where she can learn to be herself. We are positive she will blossom in a new home where she gets all the love, understanding and attention she deserves.
