Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Burton was found wandering the streets of Detroit alone and hungry. He was skin and bones but was luckily found and taken in. Since being rescued, Burton has progressed very well and the little guy responds to the nickname "Peanut". He now gives kisses, comes when called, and gets along well with other dogs. Burton would do well with a one-person owner as he can be very protective. He loves to be held for hours at a time, loves to be kept "warm" either by wearing one of his many sweaters or by cuddling on a nice soft blanket. He is a young dog and loves to sleep. Burton needs to be in a home without children, but he does seem to be okay with cats. He is learning to do his business outside, but he does have accidents.
