Pistachio's Story...
Hello from Texas! My name is Pistachio, or Chio for short. I am a handsome Jack Russel and I am looking for a home. My previous owner found herself homeless and I let my 3 fur brothers and a bunch of cats to be taken into foster care. I also lived with her 10 year old autistic son, I am very good with cats and other dogs, as they have been my buddies for a while, I am also good with kids and just really everyone I meet. I am housetrained and crate trained and I am just so happy to be around my people. I am great on a leash and have a little fancy strut I do when I really want to impress the girls, I have lived with lots of other animals, but would love to have a home even if I were the only dog. I could really get used to all that attention. You can see from my pictures that I am a dapper guy. Please contact my rescue to learn how I can come live with you.~ Love Chio

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pistachio, a boston Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in boston, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in boston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in boston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a boston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in boston paves the way for another one to be saved.
