8/19/08 - Update: Rascal is now in a foster home in Arkansas where he is living with several other dogs and children. He is now 6 months old and really deserves a home to call his own. He is such a sweet boy - he just wants to give kisses to everyone he meets. Rascal's foster mom says "Rascal enjoys playing with the other dogs and loves the kids. He is a real affectionate dog and loves to be loved. He is working on housebreaking." Please consider fostering Rascal so we can bring him North to find his forever home.
6/27/08: Rascal is getting bigger and is just as adorable as ever! He is currently bunking with Bobby and enjoys romping and playing with him. He is a bit shy at first, but doesn't take long for him to warm up. Please just consider fostering him until we can find him a forever home.

5/30/08: Another stray... Meet Rascal- he's about 3 months old and was brought in by a good samaritan. Rascal is wearing a collar and is already neutered, so he must belong to someone.
