My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JB (Jack Bauer) is a 7month old Chihuahua/ Jack Russell mix that weighs 5.6 lbs. He loves to dart around the house and play with his toys. JB is very timid when he first meets new people, and it may take a day for him to come out of his shell. After one day, he will be your best friend for life! If you’re looking for a cuddly lap dog, JB is not your man! He would love a family that could keep up with his puppy energy and give him lots of activity. JB is good in his crate, and is mostly pee pad trained. He is making great improvements with housetraining. He is extremely friendly with other dogs, and would love a buddy to romp around with!
JB is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

If you are interested in finding out more about JB, please fill out an application.

JB is being fostered in Upton.

The adoption fee is $400.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
