Ginger is a sweet little mixed breed girl who is a great size at about 30 lbs. She loves to go for walks and enjoys having her little kennel/crate to nap in and or escape to if she needs a break.
Her little life before was not a very full one, but she now is in a foster home with 3 other canine siblings now. Ginger has learned that car rides are a lot of fun and grows more outgoing each day. She knows how to use a doggy door and is learning basic commands. She still not sure about what to do with dog toys.
Ginger's owners brought her into the vet after a parked motorcycle fell on her. She had been tied up in their garage and couldn't get far enough away to avoid being squashed. She was not able to use her back legs for a couple of months, but after amazing care from the vet staff, she is now up and walking/running/bounding on all 4 legs. She will always have a little wobbliness in her walk, but can play and run just like a normal dogs. Due to her accident her bladder was damaged and it caused her to be incontinent and is now on Proin, (a daily medication that is inexpensive and helps to relieve that issue.)
Ginger is nothing short of a miracle and loves every minute of freedom and affection she is now experiencing. She is all smiles and wags, and just a lively and energetic gal that most anyone could enjoy!
