Hermione's Story...
My name is Hermione (female) and I am about 7 weeks old. I am a beautiful tortoiseshell. I love wresting with my tortoiseshell sister! My foster mom says I am not allowed to bite her fingers anymore but she still loves me to bits…she tells me that my cute little face melts hearts! I love dogs, kids, older cats and even vacuum cleaners seem like a fun thing to chase. I am getting used to having my nails trimmed and I always use the litter box! I still have a few weeks before I am big enough to be altered and up for adoption. But you can put a hold on me now! I will be fully vaccinated, altered, and micro chipped
Adoption fee of $95.00 includes shots, spay or neuter and microchip ID
Available mid August.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hermione, a Middletown Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Middletown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Middletown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middletown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middletown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middletown paves the way for another one to be saved.
