Numerous are the synonyms and interpretations of moxie, but several are suitable for this lovable character, and quite a character she is. Even at about 4 years old she's dauntless when it comes to play and has tons of energy. She has a general love of toys and displays a particular fondness for a feather/mylar blend. Many cats get bored if they don't catch their prey, but Moxie always seems up for a good chase. Her enthusiasm will probably far outlast your own, so she would do well with someone willing to engage her in much play. Moxie embodies the curious nature of felines and she's always interested in what's going on around her. If people are involved in an activity, she yearns to be a part of it. She's happy to explore and enjoys her space whether it be a large, open area or something small and confined. Anything new must be investigated. She likes to get to know you before she decides to grace your lap with her presence. But even if she prefers a sunny window to a warm lap, she enjoys being your constant companion.
