Hi! My name is Tootsie, I'm 5 years old and I am looking for a new home of my own!

I am a wonderful gal who would be best in a home with no children. I get along with some dogs, but not sure about kitties. Stairs are ok. I do need some structure and rules to bring out the best in me, so I would be best on a home with a human who has dog training experience.
