Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Momma is a two year old spayed beautiful Shepherd cross. She is an absolute sweet heart and cuddly girl with people and kids. New Hope rescued her and her four, two day old puppies in January. We called her Momma as she was a wonderful and attentive mother, you can change her name. She is house trained and does very well with run of the house, while her foster mom is at work. She enjoys affection and loves being brushed. She sleeps on her bed beside her foster mom’s bed. She needs a lot of exercise. She enjoys to playing outside, going for walks and runs.
She currently lives with two grown dogs and a puppy, She does really well living with them. When you come to the door she is happy to greet anyone. She is an absolute sweetheart with people and kids.
She was reactive with the dogs she lives with initially and has been reactive with them a few times when food is involved. Momma needs an understanding home that can work with her when meeting new dogs. At the dog park she must wear a humane muzzle, while she is working on her fear of other dogs. Momma cannot live with cats. Momma would do best in a home without any other pets or without any pets initially, she does great with puppies. When she is just with people in the house she is extremely charming and obedient, she loves people!
