Riley & Boots's Story...
Meet Riley and Boots!

These two are a pair of bonded brothers so they must go to a home together. They are about 5 months old. Boots and Riley were taken in off the streets with their mom and sisters who have all found homes leaving these two to jump around between fosters homes all summer! We think it's time they find their forever home, don't you? They have been very well socialized since they were tiny kittens and are extremely friendly and curious. These two would love a big fun home to take over and explore.

The adoption fee for Riley and Boots is $150 PER kitten which includes all of their basic up-to-date vaccinations, rabies vaccination, deworming, neuters, and microchips. For an adoption application please email connellpetrescue@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Riley & Boots, a Kirkland Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Kirkland, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Kirkland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kirkland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kirkland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kirkland paves the way for another one to be saved.
