Theo- must read!'s Story...
Meet Theo! Theo is a beautiful purebred Catahoula Leopard dog! He is a lovely boy who is longing for a home to call his own! Theo is about 6 years old and weighs 55lbs. He is a very sweet, laid back boy! Theo is so affectionate and adores the company of people! He is so well behaved and is eager to please! Theo loves to catch and chase balls! He rides so well in the car and would love to accompany you as you do your errands around town. Theo gets along great with other dogs and cats, but would be just fine by himself as well. Theo just wants a family of his own to show his affection to. Theo was found as a stray years ago. He was adopted by a family but we had to remove him from the home because he was being neglected and had many medical needs that were not being met. He has been patiently waiting for his forever home since then. Theo longs for a family to love him! We promised him that one day his day would come and he would belong to a family that would adore him and shower him with all the love that he has been waiting for. Theo is healthy, current on all vaccinations and has been neutered. Theo is already crate trained and housetrained. He also has a microchip. Theo is currently in Louisiana but transport is available to the northeast at no additional charge. Please consider giving this boy his happy ending! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Theo- must read!, a Portsmouth Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Portsmouth, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Portsmouth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portsmouth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portsmouth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portsmouth paves the way for another one to be saved.
