My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Boo,
My foster mother says she thinks I am a pure American Bulldog but I don't have papers. I am 6 yrs old and a big baby....and a very sweet dog. I am friendly with everyone.

Boo's owner died and there was no one who could take care of him. He is a big boy about 95 pounds. Because he is so gentle he will make a really good family dog or companion for an older couple. He is healthy and happy but needs a home and will work very hard to be sure you made the right decision to love him and care for him.

We do not accept applications from someone who works and leaves the dog alone for several hours/day. We also require a fenced yard....real fence not an invisible fence. If you don't have a fenced yard or are not willing to put up a size-appropriate fence before Brownie arrives, we cannot accept your application. We can give you some ideas on putting up an inexpensive fence. If you are interested in applying to adopt Boo, email us at adrescue2014@gmail.com and ask for an application. The fee is $295.
