Willow's Story...
Willow is a petite hound mix puppy born in March 2016. This little girl is one of sweetest and most gentle puppies you will ever meet. Willow was born with only one eye. We had her examined by a specialist and were told that she sees shapes and shadows. Because she is a baby and still growing we won’t know 100% of her deficit until she is full grown. She acts just like any other puppy when it comes time to play. She loves to go for walks and car rides. She is so tiny it’s hard not to pick her up and snuggle, she will melt your heart when she rests her head on your shoulder. An ideal home for her would be with an adult dog that she can follow and learn the ropes from. Her new home will also need to have a fenced in yard to keep her safe.

If you would like to make Willow a forever member of your family please apply on line at Animal Aid Foundation Adoption and Foster Application

The adoption fee is $175 and includes: spay, microchip, vaccines, and 1 in home complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Rochester Hills Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Rochester Hills, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Rochester Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
