Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is lovely Pearl, estimated age is 1.5~2 yrs old, 8 pounds.
Pearl was rescued when his "family" abandoned her at the Vet Clinic after she was ran over by a car.
As a result of the accident she lost one of her back legs.
This wonderful little girl is a gem, she does not think she is a three legged doggy; she loves to walk and ride in the car, plays, and enjoys life like any other 4 legged K9!
She currently lives indoors with other dogs, and socializes excellent with them, she is housetrained, not food aggressive; goes potty during her walks or outdoors in the yard as she has access to a fenced in area. Her favorite activities are: hang out with her foster, relax in her bed, and being petted. She has a mellow personality, easy going and friendly.
She will do best in a calm environment with no small children (12 and up would be best, she requires to be treated gently), preferably a family that has a member that works from home. A friendly doggy in the family would be a big plus!
Please only serious adopters, this girl already suffered significantly, plus experienced abandonment when she needed a family the most.
