Annie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Annie's Story...
Annie (born 1/15/15) is an outgoing, well-adjusted, friendly young lady who came to us from a high-kill shelter out of state.

She LOVES to play (especially in water), is great with other dogs, loves kids and has a clown personality.

If she's not chasing a ball or jumping in her baby pool, she's laying down right beside you, looking up every so often hoping for an ear scratch. She'd make an awesome furever friend for an active family.

Her adoption fee is 175 and includes age-appropriate shots, worming, microchip and spay. An approved application is required (which can be found here: http://pawsitivetailsrescue.org/our-adoptable-pets/pawsitive-tails-rescue-dog-adoption-application-form/), as is an adoption contract.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a Torrington German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Torrington, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Torrington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrington paves the way for another one to be saved.
