My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pocohontas is one of a litter of 9 we got in from an out-of-state rescue. Their people abandoned their mom right about the time the pups were born so mom, and the rest of the dogs there, had to forage for food and water. They were found and rescued when they were several weeks old. It's amazing any survived, much less the entire litter.

These pups are all sweet, social, playful and are already showing signs of being highly intelligent. They are adorable, well-adjusted pups who just need their own family to love them.

Her adoption fee is 175 and includes age-appropriate shots, worming, microchip and spay at age 6 months at our vet, or 150 and a 112 spay deposit (what our vet would charge for her spay) which will be returned upon proof of spay. An approved application is required (which can be found here: http://pawsitivetailsrescue.org/our-adoptable-pets/pawsitive-tails-rescue-dog-adoption-application-form/), as is an adoption contract.
