Francine has so much to offer. She’s an expert in all things dog -- loyalty, love, humor, joy. Francine loves all people, kids, other dogs. She is a most generous canine. Francine is an eight-year-old terrier mix and weighs about 13 pounds. Her beautiful black fur is uncanny in its softness. She’s spayed, microchipped, up to date on her vaccinations, and housetrained.

Our adoption process is simple. We ask you to complete a one-page application. An interview will then take place in your home. There will be no adoption fee. Donations, though, will be appreciated. Adoptions outside of Northwest Arkansas are not out of the question. We welcome sincere inquiries from anywhere, and we’re happy to work with long-distance applicants.
