Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Yo! I’m Snoopy, a 6-7 year old, home grown hound dog; don’t mix me up with that weird little white dog in the comics who thinks his house is a fighter plane. That fella has some serious twisted mojo goin’ on! Not me--I’m a realist! Sleeping in a narrow cinder block cell, watching people stop by my kennel, then leave, sniffing the other dogs’ poop and pee outside while I look for squirrels, it gets kind of old. I mean, all the volunteers here love me, but it’s not like having my own home. So dream sometimes—not about shooting down planes--but about havin’ my own people--camping, hikes, walks around town—maybe kids; not the wobbly, screeching kind that tug on my ears, and grab my tail—no way! No offense--but those little varmints freak me out! I’m ok with older kids to snuggle and play with, or a couple, or a person; that’d make me so doggone happy! Someone tellin’ me every day, “Snoopy, you’re such a good boy!” because I am. Woooohoooo! That’d be pawsome! Barking right up my tree! Hope I meet you in my dreams soon ‘cuz I’d like to be in yours!
