Georgia's Story...
PLEASE READ FIRST: due to the number of emails we receive each day, an adoption application MUST be submitted before we reply to an email inquiry on any dog (including those asking whether the dog is still available). The application does not take long, and we must have it on file if you wish to start a conversation: www.bullseyerescue.com.

Loyal sidekick seeks permanent superhero!

Sweet Georgia girl is a super small Flat-Coated Retriever (or maybe Lab/Spaniel... we're waiting on Ancestry.com to confirm) that is under 40 pounds. She's about 8 years old, so her personality is super low key. She generally only moves fast for two things: food hitting the bowl and trying to keep up with her foster humans. Her primary goal in life? To stay right by your side.

Georgia is all about watching your back, but not in a "Mean Girls" kind of way! She's great with other dogs and is not even a little interested in chasing cats. She is doing great work on crate training and trying REALLY hard to sit and she proves you really can teach an old dog new tricks.

Ready to don your cape? Her sweater game is far better than any other sidekick on the market (watch out Lego Robin!). If you're interested in meeting Georgia to adopt, please submit an application at bullseyerescue.com.

Her adoption fee is $275 and requires an adoption application (bullseyerescue.com), interview and meet 'n greet, personal and vet references, and a home check. Due to our small size, we're unable to adopt out of state (located in Atlanta, Georgia).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Georgia, a Atlanta Flat-Coated Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Flat-Coated Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Flat-Coated Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Flat-Coated Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Flat-Coated Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
