Sweet Georgia girl!

This pretty lady came to us after her senior parents were both forced to move into assisted care due to health problems. Georgia is a SMALL Flat Coated Retriever or maybe Lab/Spaniel? She's under 40 pounds and is about 8 years old, so her energy level is low and her cuddling level is high. She's really a couch potato.

Georgia is good with other dogs and loves everyone she meets. She's currently in foster care with other dogs, cats and kiddos and is doing well! She is a people dog and has become her foster mom’s shadow around the house already. She’s super smart – comes when called, doesn’t really have to be on her leash and knows exactly where she’s supposed to head to in the backyard for Poopville. Georgia is also recovering from leg surgery -- think torn ACL in a human -- so a quiet place for crate rest for the next 8 weeks is so important.

If you're interested in meeting Georgia to adopt, please submit an application at bullseyerescue.com.

Her adoption fee is $275 and requires an adoption application (bullseyerescue.com), interview and meet n greet, personal and vet references, and a home check. Due to our small size, we're unable to adopt out of state (located in Atlanta, Georgia).

About BullsEye Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are an Atlanta-based rescue focusing on bully breeds. We rescue dogs from the shelters and the streets and hope to change the stereotypes of these amazing dogs. We are an entirely foster home-based rescue and have no facility, so we have no process for intake. If you wish to re-home your dog, please go to www.pbrc.net for resources and information.

Visual breed identification in dogs is an unreliable indicator of actual breed. So, for most of our rescues, we make an educated guess as to the predominant breed or breed mix. Instead, we evaluate each dog individually and get to know each dog personally. We do our best to describe our dogs to you based on their personality and temperament instead of breed label.
