Davidson in AR's Story...

12/30/11: Davidson has really settled in and settled down since he arrived. He is still a silly, playful pup, but he also enjoys lap time and gives lots of sloppy puppy kisses. He’s very smart and catches on to things quickly. He uses the doggie door to go in and outside, he will sit on command for treats and he is pretty good at chasing and retrieving a tennis ball. While he’s not completely reliable yet on his potty training, he IS making good progress. Davidson is definitely ready for a loving forever family who will help him continue to learn and grow. Davidson is being fostered in Cave Spring, Arkansas in a PRIVATE FOSTER HOME but we allow our dogs to be adopted out all over the United States and Canada!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Davidson in AR, a Fort Worth Cairn Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Cairn Terrier puppy from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
