My name is Yuli, although the shelter called me Eileen because my head is tilted. On January 17, 2015, the nice people at the Col. Potter Rescue found me a nice foster family up in Roseville, California. I was really afraid about the whole thing at first but I quickly realized that they were not going to hurt me in any way. They have two other Cairn terriers who show me the way to do things here. I had a head trauma when I was little, so my head is tilted, my eyes crossed, and I have some balancing problems. I like to walk in circles. I walk like a soldier, lifting my legs up high. I get a little nervous when they take me out for walks because there are lots of different surfaces that I have never stepped on before. My favorite thing to do is play around with blankets. The longer I live here, the more my personality comes out!
