Kaleb in NY's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and not good with kids.

Kaleb in NY's Story...
Kaleb is a 1.5 year old neutered male with a lot of puppy in him. He is 100% potty trained, he goes right to the door, I take him out and when he is done, he comes right back in. He has a very good appetite too and loves treats and bones. He loves his toys. There was some aggression towards my Westie princess but I think that has resolved itself. Kaleb loves to give kisses and snuggle. He plops himself down on you as if to say, 'stop what you're doing because I want some love!'. He listens very well when he is told 'no' if he is doing something he knows he shouldn't be doing. I think he would do best in a home with another dog but not a submissive one because he thinks he is alpha. He does have a very high prey drive also.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kaleb in NY, a Whitesboro Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Whitesboro, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Whitesboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Whitesboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Whitesboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Whitesboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
