Petty in SC's Story...
Petty is an adorable 14-week-old puppy. He is very friendly and playful, and he's also able to entertain himself quite well when he is in his ex-pen. He gets along with the other dogs in the house and tries to initiate play with some of them. My youngest dog will play chase with him out in the yard. He walks pretty well on a leash for such a little guy; trots along head and tail held high. Petty is up to date on all of his shots, but will need one more set of puppy shots at 16 weeks. He is not housebroken yet, and doesn't really seem to be making much progress in that regard, but he's still very young and we're working on that. He loves to snuggle when he is tired and will take a nap with me. If you are looking for a puppy to love, get your application in quickly because he won't be here for long. Petty is a heartbreaker!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Petty in SC, a Ponte Vedra Beach Cairn Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Ponte Vedra Beach, or seeking a Cairn Terrier puppy from a breeder in Ponte Vedra Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ponte Vedra Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ponte Vedra Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ponte Vedra Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
