Maestro Billy is a five year old male, wheaten, Cairn terrier who came to Colonel Potter from a breeding situation. This is a little guy (only about 11 lbs), however, Maestro Billy is a big guy in spirit. He has adjusted wonderfully well to my home and my two Cairns. 'Billy,' as he is known here, is more curious than he is fearful and he is very busy learning about life in the 'free' world. I am amazed at how quickly he has caught on to our routine. Three days after he arrived he figured out how to do the stairs without any teaching from me. After two weeks here, he is starting to go to the door to let me know that he needs to go outside. He very quickly caught on to the fact that after going outside my Cairns run to the kitchen for a treat. He now beats my Cairns for his share of treats. Billy has also found out that the couch is a very nice place to spend time. He has not figured out how to jump onto the couch, but he HAS figured out how to get my attention with those big, sad eyes so that I will lift him up. Oh he is so hard to resist! You better get in line to adopt this little one. He is definitely a heart breaker. CLICK HERE FOR LOTS MORE INFORMATION AND UPDATES ON MAESTRO BILLY IN MINNESOTA
