Tynan in OK's Story...
Hey everyone, Tynan is here and ready for that perfect home! Tynan is so sweet and cuddly. He loves being with his people, is very treat motivated, and will sit pretty when receiving a treat. Tynan has ignored our cats, but has gotten into scuffles with our two dogs over treats. His favorite place is anywhere that you are and preferably in your lap or as close as possible. Tynan loves to go for rides in the car and doesn't like to be left alone. He has asked for a stay at home mom or dad. He is very proprietary. He is also a barker so apartment or condo living is definitely not for him. He quiets down when told, but wants to make sure you are aware of everything that might possibly be happening, inside or out! He is a GREAT watch dog and such a loving and sweet guy. Put your application in today if you are ready to be loved by Tynan the Terrific!

Tynan is being fostered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in a PRIVATE FOSTER HOME but we allow our dogs to be adopted out all over the United States and Canada!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tynan in OK, a Topeka Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Topeka, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Topeka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Topeka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Topeka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Topeka paves the way for another one to be saved.
